Hi everyone!
I come back these week with another recipe. I made fresh mint cookies from Laura Todd recipe that I changed a little bit.
Those cookies are soft and melty.
For 9 big cookies
-140g of butter
-1/2 egg
-175g of brown sugar
-190g of whole wheat flour
-150g of chocolate chips
-a branch of fresh mint
-1/2 teaspoon of baking soda
-some drops of vanilla extract
-a little bit of salt
Preheat your oven at medium heat (140C).
Mix your wet sugar with the soft butter. Add the egg, cream together until well blended and set aside.
In a medium bowl sift together the flour, the baking soda, the vanilla a the chocolate chips with the mint and the salt.
Add your mixture with the wet sugar and stir.
Drop cookie dough on a baking sheet helping you. Make a ball of cookie dough with the ice cream spoon and press a little bit.
Bake until golden brown between 15 and 20 minutes.
